Self Care 2020 is the graduation project of my bachelor's degree in visual communication at Malmö University. Produced in the spring of 2020 this project combines graphic design, photography, concept design and psychology. The idea was to use a modern approach to mental health issues of the western youth - creating an interactive platform with access to workshops, educational material and information on how to improve ones mental health outside of the concept of consumption.
